I love this app! It's so easy to figure out and keeps me motivated to work out. You can choose types of work outs, what level you want (easy,medium, hard), it doesn't require weights, it gives you examples on an exercise if you don't know it, gives you an option to pause the work out or add a longer time to the resting period. Seriously great!

After 3 months of the workouts(2 med lvl,1 hard) at the age of 42 I had a 6 pk. I haven't head that since hs. Went from 218 to 186, waist 38-33, and tight 2x-loose xl,in that span. The only think in my diet I changed was drinking cokes(stopped only had lemon water). I love it because you can do it at home and not have to find time to go to a gym. I'm still doing this after 3yrs. I just keep redoing the levels. Just don't quit and don't start and hard because you think it's easy.Keep the pace.

The latest update has really downgraded a simple and effective app. Others have spoken about how the graphics are distracting, but the single most degrading experience is the new voice. It's not only super difficult to understand but also speaks slower than normal pace. This has killed the voice guide for me, I now keep the phone on silent and have to watch the screen, which makes it harder to use the app. The voice needs to go ASAP.

The app advertised as one week of free trial and after that, subscription charges. However, when I chose monthly plan, you have immediately deducted monthly subscription charges from my account. I sent two emails to the app developer, requesting for refund and have not received any response yet. I don't want to use this app, tell me how to cancel my subscription and get my refund.

I'm only on day nine, but this app has been wonderful so far. It kicks my butt everyday, but not so much that I can't play with my 2.5 y/o after. She loves the countdowns and the cheering at the end too. I enjoy the fact that I don't need anything other that what I already have in my house to do the workouts. I only wish I could tell it when I need a modified version of an exercise, but as far as complaints go that's really all I've got.

I wanted to try these \"challenge\" apps and it turned out they are not for me. I don't get muscle growth, but also training every day makes my muscles smaller, as they overact and get tired. I thought there will be more variety in this app - every day to focus on a different muscles and to have different exercises. It turned out some of them are there every single day, and only abs, legs and chest are trained, with chest very small amount, and legs being half of the exercises. I know that the app presents exercises for abs, chest, legs and butt only, but the ones for legs and butt are the same! Thus, the overdose of legs every single day. Don't use it. Even if you like challenges for fitness, you more sane ones.

I'm writing this out of concern. It seems that the popular ab exercise (crunches) are actually bad for one's back and spine. Could you design a different ab routine that doesn't involve repeated flexation of the spine? I think this is the app's largest flaw, because the other workouts are good and challenging

The most effective \u0026 workable app for me. I have tried many ways which are diet, jogging, workouts to loose weight and fats but it didn't go well. When I used this app which can proper coaching and workout plans (Hard 1 level) with very minimal diet (eat whatever i want with limitation), i can see and feel the result is pretty good. I really dislike the update, not just because I was used to the old layout. The new dark, look is harder to read. The audio prompts and timer alarms are not working. This looks like a vanity update that was done more for the developers than the users. After a few months of trying to get used to this update, I really hate it and will be deleting it. I don't like how the audio cues don't work anymore. I don't like the \"workout porn\" pictures that seem to go against what the app stands for: workout at home with simple exercise routines for general fitness, not bodybuilder looks that come from hours in the gym. I don't like how the app pauses every time the phone changes angle from portrait to landscape. I can't be holding the phone while exercising. It is rare that an update is such a large step back.
