Not sure if the website would be helpful, but I can tell that the bot chat is so badly implemented (jumping to random places in the \"conversation\", suddenly changing the subject, randomly blocking text input, offering options then making the window unscrollable so it's not actually possible to select them) that I certainly don't want to attempt to use it to chat with a human.

Great service but ..... For the love of god would you please fix the scrolling issue. And im not getting notifications. I can live without notifications but not being able to scroll and see what has been said renders the app totally useless. I read someone having the same issues and you guys said there was an update rolled out on 30/8. My app is upto date and its just not working. Also i used this app about a year ago and had the same scrolling issues. I thought it would have been fixed by now.

I install this app, I click on the therapist option. Then I send me to a payment screen it does not tell me how much it is just wants my card info. Everytime I tried to read what the bot was saying it would send me back to the same card info screen. Who ever makes these app is just trying to make money on the mentality ill.

app is still really buggy, matching rarely works, categories don't actually match people listen in them, \"online\" people are not actually online, like counts are very wrong compared to the browser version... looks like they just want to push their paid \"therapist\" service... be warned.. they will charge your credit card during the \"free trial\" , and it's a huge pain in the ass to stop

I love being in 7cups, I really do. But, i think this app is an OVERSIMPLIFICATION of the site. There are some features from the site that aren't in the app. Such as trainings, the ability to edit your profile, etc. Personally, i dont really like the UX. But nice try, tho. Would give it more stars if it's improved!

I'm a listener and a member on this site. I've used this for over 3 months too. It's mostly good! Nice layout, can access chats and take/put out requests for others. You can mostly navigate around the site no problem. One feature i particularly like is the community option where people post in forums and others actually respond in a regular, friendly manner. However if you lose your page on the community tab, the app always restarts itself. Needs a bookmark feature if you ask me!

Mr. Cleveland Roberts V

Website is recommended over the app. The community is nice and helpful. But the app spams you with messages while you're trying to chat. Very annoying to use. The interface feels a little clunky, too. I've been told it's been like this for years with no resolution.

Reva Gulgowski

Really disappointing. I tried to reach out to 5 \"listeners\". The first one match to me talked for 15 mins then disappeared and hasn't been back online for several days. I ended up giving up after a couple days and searched for other listeners. I messaged 4 more and none of them have ever gotten back online to respond to me. Not worth having if no one's actually there. Also, he one matched to me was 18 years old. I am 31 years old. Need to work on who you're matching people to in my opinion.

Ashlynn Will

Very invasive and not easy to navigate. I got three messages from random \"Listeners\" the day I created an account acknowledging that I joined as I was stumbling around sometimes buggy pages... Now I'm trying to stumble through to somehow bump into deleting my account. It's like walking into a party you'd rather not be in. (Edit): I give up... Don't think I can delete my account so I'll just sign out and uninstall. Emails from them are piling up way too much and way too quickly.

Prof. Davon Moore PhD

I love the site, but the app has two major bugs that make it useless: the back button doesn't get you out, and it doesn't tell you when you get messages unless it was active in the last few minutes. Essentially I can only use the website.
