This app has a pretty good workout progression system, at least if you start from zero. I like that it has warm-ups prior to and stretches after the main exercises. Although those additional elements of a routine feel random, and main exercises at times are full of lunges. But it's for free (without a meal plan, which is a paid option) and the app has no 3rd-party ads, and doesn't bother you much with self-promotions. So it's really good... Except it crashes often and you lose your progress.

It's been 1yr since of 8fit \u0026 it was perfect way to feeling healthy and confident. It both taught me how to eat, which I thought I already understood but nope. And it made me mindful of food and nutrition (read the 8fit articles). The meal-planning feature: helpful to see what I could eat, choose my meals, \u0026 get a shopping list. A LOT of recipe choices btw. The workouts might seem suspicious (really? 200+ calories after only 8 min of 'workout'?) but that wasn't the point for me. I needed a reason to move, a guide on how to move, and someone to tell me to move. What I like about 8fit workouts is that I could make it a habit/routine. I put in the effort. Then eventually I incorporated walking and moving around more daily. This is 100% THANKS TO THESE 8FIT WORKOUTS!! I was 210lbs and now I'm 150lbs, my muscles feel strong and toned. I don't use the meal planner anymore (I know what to eat now) but I still love the workouts. No equipment necessary, just body strength!

Started this daily (unless I have another adventure planned) October 1st. I feel energetic \u0026 strong.. I'm 13 lbs down \u0026 have inches off my waist \u0026 back. My arms are more cut then they've ever been in my life \u0026 I definitely could eat more healthy than I do ( I like my desserts!;) This is an easy daily exercise for me along with my favorite cardio playlist \u0026 it's over in literally 20-30 minutes (including warm up \u0026 cool down). Start at 530 am \u0026 get it done! Any extra daily activity is bonus!!!

The workouts are great! I wish they also had a way to track your food intake, that the meal plan seemed to only be available if you pay for them. I don't need the meal plans, but I do need a Calorie Tracker.

love the app. makes working out at home fun and easy. crank your favorite music and go. variety keeps it interesting. I'm just getting started so I'm doing 1 workout a day but considering paying for a premium for unlimited access to workouts, so I can do 2-4 back-to-back instead of going to the gym. the calorie estimates seem very inflated though so I ignore them. will update my review when I get a heart rate monitor and can more accurately estimate actual calorie burn

The workout plans are really good. You don't need any equipment and you can do them at home. However, the meal plans aren't very good. I didn't like any of the food that I tried and it was kind of expensive. I don't really think this app is worth paying for for the meal plans, but you can access the workouts with the free version.

More relevant warm up for each exercise would be better. Otherwise it's great. It doesn't sync with Google fit although I enabled it...

great meal selections! the Spanish Chicken dish is fantastic. would like to recycle past weekly meal plans. tired of having to customize every meal, every week. this will make or break me purchasing another year long subscription. secondarily, being able to move shopping list categories around would be amazing! this way the list can be customized for the users grocery store layout.

Really good app and could be even better ... I will like to be able to import the recepies to reset teck not to be so dependant on the app all thr time. I need more variety for the intermediate and advance exercise.
