I love it! This app is really useful when it comes to having control on your body. I tried for a month, trying to be punctual, but even if I couldn't fulfill the workout every day, I still got a great result. It has cool futures like remainders, videos showing you how to do a specific exercise, diets etc. It made me feel better about myself and helped me to be more active in my everyday life. The only problem are adds. It has lots of adds, way too much. However, i still like it.

I think it's really great only had it a short time and I can already see the start of abs emerging, however I don't use it everyday because I'm way too busy. But the way it's set up makes it easy to follow and use and really motivates me to do exercise. The voice is a bit annoying just as a warning but you get used to it so it's fine. Overall this app is great. I've been using it since June 2018 and after 6 months of daily exercises, 20 minutes a day on moderate mode, I've gone from 10 stone 9 lbs to 8 stone 4 lbs, I see the pounds dropping by the weeks now. But of course I have also been eating less junk food and more fruit \u0026 veg. I do have a question though. On day 30 on moderate mode it used to say that workout burns 490 calories, now it says that same workout burns 408 calories. why has the number been lowered?

very good. voice is kinda annoying cause it's a fake voice but understandable. and middle of counting shes pop up saying something it through me off but I'm getting used to it and it does have good advice. like dont stick ur butt up to much when planking which I do need reminders haha

It would be better if you give a few exercises in seconds, instead of number of repeations. Like mountain climbing, Russia twist, bicycle crunches, clapping crunches.
