I've emailed 3 times in about 2 weeks with no responses. The app uninstalled and when I downloaded again I forgot my password. ice tried so many times. I click forget password and get the email. I click on the link to reset it. but EVERTIME I do, it just opens the log in page again. Please can someone help?

They really do pay you!! when I got to 10 thousand points and redeemed them it took about 5 days for the money to show up in my account. One kicker is it does take some time to get all the points but it keeps you motivated to track your health.

I love this app! It's simple to connect apps such as FitBit and Google Fit (in my case), and you get a good amount of points just for being fit, getting your steps in, sleeping, etc. You dont even have to check the app often, it does all this in the background! Love it.

Not getting points for any exercise activities I've done. I went swimming, used the elliptical, etc and never get points for it. My husband does, so not sure why I don't.

Just downloaded this app yesterday and synced it with my Fitbit. It looks like its tracking my heartrate snd sleep but hasnt shown anything for my steps. How do I get my steps to show up in my history and get points?

Mr. Delbert Farrell

I really like the concept but 10,000 points is way too much only to receive $10. I understand the feeling of working for what you earn but this many points seem too distant. It is alot of work to even get 1000 points. What about this, for every 1000 points, the user gets $10. This way, it will be less discouraging to give up and implement the app more frequently into a healthy life. If users were to get $10 for every 1000 points, I am sure that many more people will download the app.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. concept is great but execution is poor. The app is horribly bug ridden and support teams offer no practical solutions. In fact, the messaging system is also broken and you're unable to reply due to error in their chat system. point system only benefits referrals(100+ points), and give little to no benefit to health related topics such as connected fitness apps and surveys(\u003e10 points) which should be the focus. It's not inline with Achievement's value proposal.

Nicholaus Ondricka

Simple - just sync it with your tracker and forget about it, or read the articles and do the activities to earn points faster. It's really free money.

Especially if you already use any health or fitness trackers, using this app is extremely easy, do what you already do and get paid!

This app is great, gives a lot of motivation to keep striving towards health goals. interface is easy to use, and customer service is very prompt and helpful - walked me through the normal data latency of the program (if you enter in your data for yesterday, it doesn't instantaneously update in their database, you should give it up to 24 hrs to count the data) and they didn't make me feel dumb for not understanding some of the smaller text on the page that had mentioned the fix. 10/10
