LOVE thay the app will create routines for me (that was my biggest hurdle...coming up with new routines). but the app causes my streaming music apps to shut down and crash. so the past couple mornings, I've wasted at least 20 mins through out my routine trying to get music apps to restart. just like my workout routine, i want it to be fresh. same with my music playlist, i want it to be fresh and not listen to the same songs over and over. so that why im not a big fan of downlaoding a preset list.

I finally know what it means to be violated! This app takes your phone number and your identity and uploads it to the cloud. a gym app has absolutely no need to know what your phone number and what your real name is, and then if you manage to get through the program, you have to pay an additional $12 to use this yet it is free

I really like the app, great workout plan, nice layout, and no annoying ads. Completed week 1, but I cant get pass to week 2. The app wants you to leave a feedback to move on to week two. I contacted support, but I haven't received a response. Cons: the app doesn't save your progress. You can't enter the workout you completed or edit the weights.

I've been using this app for about 6 month and completed 3 workout cycles. I did 8-10 reps with 140lbs at my first workout and my current result is 10 reps with 200 lb bar. Very effective! If you completely follow the app and not overestimate yourself you'll get super cool results. Maybe the one thing that is not very good is workout routine for weight loss

Powerlifting women beware...... This the worst women's program I've ever seen. First off, there is no \"Power\" program for women, only for men because I guess women aren't supposed to powerlift? Which is proven to be BS. Second, the \"Muscle Gain\" program for women is all low weight at high reps and only 3-4 sets of 4 exercises. THERE'S NO DEADLIFT EXERCISE FOR WOMEN. Only stiff legs... I ended up entering myself as a male so I can end up lifting more in the end.

I was expecting when I pay $18 to \"unlock lifetime\" it would include a timer. I was surprised to find out that I had to pay an extra $7 fee for that privilege. 25$ is a lot. In the subscription age it is cheapish... But dam that lifetime unlock is misleading.

I like this app the plans are good and you will get stronger, fitter, faster if you're honest with yourself. To improve the app I would have it keep a log of your predicted 1RM's so when you start a new plan it adds working weights automatically, with an option to adjust manually.

I just wanted an app to log what exercises I was doing at the gym. This app not only does that but helps design a 6 week program as well. After week one my butt was kicked. It allows you to change exercise s and weights according to your own strengths and weaknesses.

This app would be even better if there would be the chance to add notes to each exercise and set, sometimes we need to remember a little change we made to the weight for example. Timer should also be improved and quite disappointed when I found out I had to pay for it as well after I already paid for the app.

So far I like it a lot. Although the price for the timer is a bit high in my opposition. The other thing is that I can't find a menu to check my previous workouts on the training plan which is a bit bothering because I can't compare my process.
