only giving 4 as still seeing how it goes. so far really good I'm using the free option at the moment. did one week then was ready to go to the second week, the option to mix up the fasting is really motivating abd exciting keeps it interesting. I'm combining this with meal prep and look forward to the results!

I purchased the Coach subscription because that was the only way to see how it actually worked. I did not think the functionality was worth the price. I remember reading somewhere that you had 14 days to decide if you liked the Coach feature, so I cancelled the same day I purchased and expected a full refund with no fuss. Developer referred me to Google for a refund. Google denied refund. Extremely displeased. DO NOT PURCHASE THE COACH FEATURE.

One of the few push notifications that actually make me healthier and happier. I don't know if intermittent fasting works for me (we'll see), but I do know that this app made it a lot easier and more fun to keep to a fasting routine. The \"one hour left\" reminders are perfect and exactly what I need. The \"cold water jump\" week plan worked nicely for me, and I like that I can try and change different routines.

They keep making it better. Super responsive to feedback. I do wish I could change the time periods a little more to make it more accurate, like when I have a longer fasting period. I can make my eating time shorter by moving the periods, but I can't make my fasting time longer to match what actually happened.

This app \u0026 intermittent fasting is the first method* I've managed to to loose substantial amount of weight (10kg \u0026 counting). I love it! I also find the price for the premium options worth it. Calorie counting didn't work for me and following a specific diet is not feasible in my circumstances. *WITH working out multiple times a week \u0026 being mindful how much \u0026 what I eat when not fasting!

Great except most of the content is found under the paid portion. they want you to pay for the coach to get the additional functionality. if you are looking for something basic to help you with a fasting schedule, it is great! but if you were drawn in by some of the challenges they mention be prepared to pay for the coach.
