Ok so this is a kinda fun game, or at least it starts out quite fun. But now I've realised it is quite seriously hampered by forcing you to spend money in order to just play/do normal game activity. Sigh, I wish people would learn that players are more open to spend money in a free game if they feel the freedom and choice to do so. And not forced to do so! For ex: I just found that the ONLY way to upgrade my Magic Academy building to lv3 is to use diamonds. Which you can ONLY get by buy spending

as far as free town building apps go, this has quickly become one of my favorites. sure, you have to wait real time hours for things, and the more you get the more resources you require, but that's any app like this. what makes this one unique is its setting, and it mixes several different town-building mechanics into a fun RPG-like experience. plus, the art is really nice to look at, and for a phone game, this gives me a big fantasy d\u0026d-esque feel. love it!

Can't recommend. Dev says that the space constraints are a core game mechanic but if you build your city with a strategy to work in that limitation you'll very likely need to spend money to compete in any event that runs alongside regular gameplay. Dev is counting on that. Playing events mean no progress in your city. Edit: Ha! One at a time for 3 24 hours in real time quests, repeated. Closely monitoring? 20+ pages of hate for this system on your forums say you don't care as long as we buy in.

We have no space to put buildings down!! It's so hard to come by expansions, negociation cost a fortune or the enemy army is too strong for mine (i did research squad size). Also, surprise, upgraded buildings take more space, so you have to re-arange your city or stop building. and now with the new event, they gives 3 buildings that are 3 x 3 that i'll never be able to place.

Ive been playing this game for quite awhile and have spent cash on this game. So I thoroughly enjoyed creating my own fantasy land. However today just as I began the event... Somehow my game logged me out. Is this something new?? I almost deleted the whole game. I am attempting one more time to log in. If my game isnt saved I will delete it. So the stars goes to 2.

Easy to start for someone not overly familiar with this type of game. The graphics are nice and the modeling of the buildings adds to the unique racial theme of the elves. I wish more variety of elves were available, like: night/moon elves, dark elves/drow, more mischievous blood elf types, etc. A nice casual game all around.

The game is cute but set up to take your money. You can not move forward in game without buying gems($4.99) and up..I have been playing a week and there is no way to earn these gems in game. So you must buy them. I really hate it. Its very cute but sadly its set up to steal your money. Now I understand why the game seems pretty much dead. AND THE DEVS SAY YOU CAN PLAY WITHOUT BUYING GEMS....BUT THAT IS A FLAT OUT LIE.😑

I love this game! Makes you think, instead of just putting things together etc, like in other games. I'm having fun and am always excited to set what's next. I even had a service issue (bc of my cell provider) and lost everything I had done. Contacted customer service and within minutes, everything was back! Great customer service.

This game has a lot of potential and is fun for a little bit, but unfortunately after only a few days of playing, I am mostly just collecting coins and supplies and waiting around to be able to do anything. I would like the game more if the time for upgrades progressed at a slower pace instead of 1 minute to 1 hour waits. Also the increase for negotiating or fighting advances too quickly and I don't want to just log in and collect and be done.

Barely a game; I spend more time on loading screens than actually playing; there's nothing to do but login for 1 min, pick up my production, start new production and log out. That's the entrie game. No sense of exploration, progression or accomplishment. Definitely not a game for me.
