I love this app! It doesn't pressure me to workout it allows me to do it in my own time. I usually have a hard time staying on track with workouts but this app is perfect for beginners! I'm already on day 11 and I do not dread working out with this. This app is great for people who want to lose inches on their waist but are having a hard time getting started. The beginner exercises are not too hard but still make you sweat and increase gradually at an acceptable pace.
