when I first installed this app a year or so ago it had made massive improvements and was easy to use. recently something has changed to where I cannot pay my bill using this app which sucks cause I hate calling in and using the automation voice. please roll back an update and bring that back and maybe I will change my rating. update, still not working correctly, I've uninstalled and redownload it multiple times to see if that fixes it. says my data renewal is up 83 days ago when the app worked

App is picky on imput data and often hard to use. Password recovery sucks. App will not save my payment information. I have to re-enter it every time, this is obnoxious.

it does not update with my correct balance. I do not owe more than the whole statement balance of 191, my current balance of 89.xx should be the whole balance. This is caused from last month when I paid through app and selected deduct on due date and money wasn't deducted until after due date. I talked to rep and I only owe the current balance.

unless you are paying the day of the app just buffers. I've tried three months in a row to schedule payments ahead of time and the payments will not go through.

I have had the same WiFi and the app for several years, but for the past 3-4 months I have been having issues with the app itself. I've had to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to make a payment. But they want to charge me late fees? gently looking for new WiFi provider....ugh!

Mediacom has good internet speeds and great customer support whenever I call, but the problem is that I'm always calling all the time for them to fix something with my account. now the app says I cant change my billing address or enroll in auto payments without a pin. but I was never given one and never asked to set one up... so now I have to call customer service again and get this all figured out. I also had a similar problem to this one just 2 weeks ago.

I like the app for the most part. But it has my.statement balance as 282 or something and that's never changed even though I'm current and that balance is from one time I was late in October of 2018. App still has not updated the actual balance for the statement part of the bill. It also gives me the option to pay the statement balance even though it's not correct. It's not a huge deal I just have to make sure I don't accidentally click that price. if I do I'll be paying over 150 extra per bill.

pdf,dose not download no way to see last payment posted, dose not show payment or take off amount payed, from amount due at any time this has been my experience .
