Works well enough to pay for parking once you set it up. BEWARE: when you extend your meter time through the app, the rate doubles for the next two hours and triples for the next 2 hours after that. I didn't discover that until I was charged 2x what I should have been. They don't exactly advertise this. You can judge if the convenience justifies the ever-increasing costs.

app crashes constantly. kiosks won't take my debit card. calling the number on the kiosk just says the service is unavailable and then hangs up on me. then the number to report broken kiosks also doesn't pick up. this a is a nightmare and makes parking impossible without receiving tickets. how can the city accept this level of failure?

App will not allow the user to put in the meter number unless that meter is identified by location, which doesn't happen alot given the many tall buildings in Philadelphia. Further, app crashes frequently and it takes a long time to connect Keep credit card and coins on you as a back up. )

The app only allows you to park for 3 hours and then you have to move. That is a terrible inconvenience in an area where there are several educational institutions that have Professors and Students parking Monday through Saturday all day. Extend the parking time please!

Jazmin Effertz

Used the app for the first time on Dec 3rd and got a ticket. No problem, I followed the directions it lays out in the app for what to do when you get a ticket. I still got a notice in the mail and the PPA said the direction the app lays out are wrong. Way to market an app that has absolutely no ability to resolve a ticket when one is issued by mistake. What exactly are you charging us for then?

Hortense Brown

Great app. Very convenient for me when I have no cash on hand. It's even convenient when stuck at an appt unable to run back amd forth to meter you candidates add more time from your phone or stop ot early if need be.

Clyde Friesen PhD

App stopped working and will not let a duration be set. On top of that I have gotten multiple tickets while using the app and when I tried to appeal I lost.

Dr. Nils Ryan

Worth the extra 40 cents. I don't have to worry about the terrible meters. If I forget to pay, I can still pay on the app if it is before PHA gets there to give out tickets.

Nelle Miller

having a difficult time entering the max time. Need to enter the default 6 minutes the do an extend.

Carlos Schulist

It's convenient but doubling the prices after the first 2 hours are up is just plain ridiculous! Another way to rip off the ppl!
