ALL ABOUT MONEY and what else they can sell you. We are already season pass holders and have fought ALL day yesterday and now the morning today just to see ride wait times We dont want to buy your overpriced quick ride. We just want to see wait times. Fix your app and advertise like everyone else. When you block users from seeing the ride times they dont come to your park. So your advertising is costing you money more than its making

Absolutely horrible app! it is impossible to update info or do payments, forcing you to wait nearly an hour in the sun in line at the park! no one answers phone lines.... this is why we wont renew and go back to Disney!

I couldn't get it to tell me anything. Just white screens with spinners. Probably a good thing I didn't or I'd be writing about their annoying ads instead. Poor show and a missed opportunity for us and them.

Definitely much better than it used to be. I use it mostly for ride wait times, which are pretty accurate for the most part, and show times, and it is really nice to have. The map is also helpful, although predictably difficult to see on a small phone screen. There are still some bugs, but it is at least useable now and actually quite helpful.

Sorry, totally noped out of this one. Its just a front for the webpage and the map is not interactive. Note to the Developers: Take a look at what San Diego Zoo did with theirs and copy that instead.

only the map loads, for the wrong seaworld. can't do anything with it. worthless app that is forced down your throat at sea world to make your experience better. well, that was a lie.

absolutely awful.....can't get this app or even the main website to work at all.....seriously disappointing.....how are you supposed to plan a trip if you can't get any information from the park.....so frustrating

this is one of worst designed apps i have ever seen. It is not user friendly at all. This app should be trashed.

This app is good for show times and that's about it. None of the other parts of the app loaded. I could not use the map- it never loaded. I could not use the wait times- never loaded. I am on an unlimited data plan and I rebooted the phone after installation on my Samsung Note 5. Outside of show times, this app is useless.
