As soon as I updated to the new version, I had a lot of trouble login in. The loading time was extremely slow, constant error messages that read, \"service available looks like our wires are crossed\", after I was finally able to log in. Gave it some time came back to it and it is still giving me the same results. I like the older version over the newer one. I thought the newer version would be quicker and easier to use, I was disappointed.

I've been with T-Mobile for a year but it's service is not what it advertises. It's only because of it's partnership with Telcel International that I'm with T-M. I get slow service in the 915 area. Also their updates on my cell phone that I'm paying hundreds of dollars a month are getting childish each year. As if first graders are designing the upgrades. If someone from T-Mobile can get me to deactivate this last update please contact me. I hate these latest updates to my phone. Last was better

This is the fourth (4th) REVVL I've had in a 14 month period. T-MOBILE knows about these issues including, but, not limitrd to freezing, overheating, long delays in calls and text messages, loss of keyboard, and numerous other problems. With insurance, I was only able to upgrade to the same phone unless I paid upfront part of the cost for the upgrade. Needless to say, I wont be renewing with T-MOBILE. The ratings for REVVL is low and T-MOBILE knows this, as a Rep. said to me. DISGUSTED!!!!

The worst experience ever. This app is forever failing to keep me signed in, and keeps telling me that my billing zip code is incorrect (it is correct) when I want to reset my password. Then, I have to go to the web to change my password, only to find out they have forgotten my card info, but not the card I stopped using TWO YEARS AGO!!!For a company this big there is no excuse for this c-league bs. Fix your freaking app already!

Customer Support is near useless. After 10 contacts between a store and Customer Support, I still have essentially the same issues with an phone upgrade. While they are always sorry, it is never TM's fault. It is the hardware they sell, the apps that may or may not work, and the people who just try to pass you along to someone else or hope that you give up or leave. No one takes responsibility, but they all blame everyone but TM.

T-Mobile deposited a false check into my account then shut off my prepaid service midway thru the month because their check bounced. They told me I had to pay a penalty for bouncing a check before they would restore my service. The error was fixed after about 4 hours on the phone with complete idiots. I then dropped T-Mobile and they actually sent a collections notice on my prepaid account. I had to file an FCC complaint and once again spend hours on the phone to resolve the issue. Horrible

Is anyone having trouble with this app? Ever since the update, when I try to look at my calls \u0026 messages (details) it won't let me scroll down. It cuts me off and I have to log onto my laptop \u0026 do it that way. It's so annoying but it definitely works when I need to pay my bill! Go figure!! And now that I'm on the subject of troubleshooting, I don't get any notification pop-ups anymore or icon badge notifications for some reason. I checked my settings \u0026 it says I have those settings on.

I absolutely love T-Mobile! The coverage is great, and the speeds of their 4G LTE is most enjoyable! The little things they do are actually bigger than they might think, but I'm not surprised! T-Mobile is an awesome cellular service, and I love their customer service, so much so that I'd say that they are likely second to none when it comes to their customers. i am not interested in being on the phone or \" black box\" all day long. however I was set up for autopay and I have yet to see the money come out of my bank account that is on record with your company. I have had good service through the online reps, but still not sure what you guys are doing. I received a terrible experience at the t-mobile in Broadview, Illinois Kari and Cesar are terrible . I hate to go there they made me feel racial discrimination they both talked in spanish when I was the only person in the store with them at the time. Kari is very impolite she put a speaker off on me and told me that it was free she took advantage of a 70 year old senior citizen. I wonder how many seniors do she take advantage of she's terrible. She has poor customer service. I'm Black.
